[http://www.plantgdb.org/ PlantGDB] is dedicated resource for plant comparative genomics run PI Dr. Volker Brendel, Co-PIs Dr. Carol Lushbough and Dr. Carolyn Lawrence, and maintained by Dr. Jon Duvick.  We are currently developing interconnections between our systems, and PlantGDB has added links to [GEvo] for comparing multiple genomic regions.
