tRNAView scans a DNA sequence for tRNAs using Aragorn <ref name="aragorn">.Dean Laslett and Bjorn Canback1.  ARAGORN, a program to detect tRNA genes and tmRNA genes in nucleotide sequences [http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC373265/ Nucleic Acids Res. 2004; 32(1): 11–16.]</ref>

You can search for a genome or enter a sequence.  Sequences can be submitted from [[SeqView]] in CoGe.
