List of Issues and such with CoGeBlast
Bugs
- Need to replace loading areas with some sort of loading animation
- Errors in updating options when switching from DNA to Protein and vice versa
- When soft refresh, check if word in org search textbox, and have it search that word and not make it italicized
- When clicking org info button, make sure that proper response is given when no org is in list (right now, just pops up alert)
Improvements
- Add a "More info" option to org info that links to OrganismView with that dataset
TODO
- Replace tabs js with jquery ui tabs
- work faster!
