Every genome in CoGe has a unique ID.  If you need to look this up for a given genome:

In OrganismView you can find a genome id by looking next to the name of the genome.
In the User profile page you can find a genome id by looking next to the name of the genome.
In GenomeInfo the genome id is listed at the top of the page.

Every genome in CoGe has a unique ID. If you need to look this up for a given genome:

  1. Go to OrganismView
    1. Search for your Organism
    2. Identify your genome.
    3. The genome ID will be next to the genome's name
  2. Go to your user profile page (if you own the genome or have included it in a notebook
  3. Link to GenomeInfo for that genome
