CoGe's user-data management system allows researchers to:
- Add private data (genomes, experiments, annotations)
- Share private data with other users or user groups
- Organize their data into notebooks
- View a record of previously-run analyses.
The My Profile page is your master control center for many of the user-specific tasks in CoGe
