Overview
This tutorial is intended as a walkthrough for high school students to help them navigate and fully utilize the CoGe program.
Lessons
Lesson 1: Required Background information - explains most of the basic genetic concepts and vocabulary required to use CoGe
Lesson 2: Visually Comparing Bacteria and Mammal Genomes - learn how to generate a pictoral representation of genomes
Lesson 3: Computationally Comparing Different Genomes - learn how to have computers align portions of DNA from one organism to another
