CoGe can analyze chromatin immunoprecipitation sequence (ChIP-seq) using the software package Homer.

This analysis pipeline is a work in progress being developed by Xiang Ju (in the lab of Brian Gregory at UPenn) and Matt Bomhoff of the CoGe team at the University of Arizona.
