CoGe's user-data management system allows researchers to:
- Add private data (genomes, experiments, annotations)
- Share private data with other users
- Organize their data into notebooks
- View a record of analyses run using CoGe's tools.
- Create groups of users to which data can be shared.
The User Profile page is your master control center for many of the user-specific tasks in CoGe
