If you are logged into CoGe using your CyVerse credentials, CoGe can send/retrieve data from your CyVerse Data Store. For CoGe to do this, there must be a directory called "coge_data" at the base of your data store. You can check for this directory or make it through the CyVerse Discovery Environment (https://de.cyverse.org) or with the i-commands.
