PlantGDB

PlantGDB is dedicated resource for plant comparative genomics run PI Dr. Volker Brendel, Co-PIs Dr. Carol Lushbough and Dr. Carolyn Lawrence, and maintained by Dr. Jon Duvick. We are currently developing interconnections between our systems, and PlantGDB has added links to GEvo for comparing multiple genomic regions. These are links are found in PlantGDB's Zea Mays (corn) Protein ALignment Table. Simlar links for additional genomes are under development.
