Syntenic Dotplots

• Ostrich-Gallus: Ostrich is a NextGen assembly by BGI; gallus is a complete genome. This analysis orders the contigs of Ostrich according to their best Syntenic Path Assembly to the gallus genome.
• Chicken-Turkey: Syntenic dotplot that identifies the orthologous genomic regions as well as the their shared whole genome duplication (vertebrate whole genome duplication).
