PlantGDB

PlantGDB is dedicated resource for plant comparative genomics run PI Dr. Volker Brendel, Co-PIs Dr. Carol Lushbough and Dr. Carolyn Lawrence, and maintained by Dr. Jon Duvick. We are currently developing interconnections between our systems, and PlantGDB has added links to [GEvo] for comparing multiple genomic regions. These are links are found in PlantGDB's Zea Mays (corn) Protein ALignment Table. Additional links for additional genomes are under development.
