In OrganismView you can find a genome id by looking next to the name of the genome.
In the User profile page you can find a genome id by looking next to the name of the genome.
In GenomeInfo the genome id is listed at the top of the page.

Every genome in CoGe has a unique ID. If you need to look this up for a given genome:

  1. Go to OrganismView
  2. Search for your Organism
  3. Identify your genome.
  4. The genome ID will be next to the genome's name
