GenomeMap
GenomeMap displays the genomic distribution of genomic features. GenomeMap is an intermediary tool in CoGe and cannot be accessed directly. GenomeMap is linked through FeatList. After selecting features in FeatList, send them to GenomeMap to see their genomic distribution.
