The interactions for managing data in CoGe is based on the interactions used in Google Drive/Docs.

How to share data

Sharing is fun and easy!

1. Select the check-box next to data item(s) your wish to share from the list under "My Stuff"
2. Click on the person icon at the top of the list
3. Search and select the person or user-group with whom you wish to share
4. Press "add" to add that person or user-group
5. Press "Done" when you are finished.
6. If the person you are seeking is not there, tell them to get a CoGe account
