The User Profile Page is where you can view and manage your data!

To use this page, you must be logged into CoGe!

What you can do?

• View your recent activity
• View your data
• Share your data
• Add new data
• Organize your data into notebooks
  
• Give yourself a profile picture!

How to share data

Sharing is fun and easy!

1. Select the check-box next to data item(s) your wish to share from the list under "My Stuff"
2. Click on the share button at the top of the list
3. Search and select the person or user-group with whom you wish to share (see right).
4. Click "Add" to add that person or user-group
5. Click "Done" when you are finished.
6. If the person you are seeking is not there, tell them to get a CoGe account

How to add new data

1. Click on the "Create" button
2. Select what you want to create
   1. New Group: Creates a new user group.
   2. New Notebook: Creates a new notebook. Any selected items are automatically added to the new notebook.
   3. Load Genome: Takes you to LoadGenome to load a new genome sequence.
   4. Load Annotation: Takes you to LoadAnnotation to load annotation data onto a genome.
   5. Load Experiment: Takes you to LoadExperiment to load a new experiment.
