ChIP-seq Analysis Pipeline

CoGe can analyze chromatin immunoprecipitation sequence (ChIP-seq) using the software package Homer.

See the LoadExperiment tool to use the new pipeline. Select FASTQ input files to make the pipeline available in the menu.
