List of Issues and such with CoGeBlast

Bugs

1. Need to replace loading areas with some sort of loading animation
2. Errors in updating options when switching from DNA to Protein and vice versa
3. When soft refresh, check if word in org search textbox, and have it search that word and not make it italicized
4. When clicking org info button, make sure that proper response is given when no org is in list (right now, just pops up alert)

Improvements

1. Add a "More info" option to org info that links to OrganismView with that dataset
