  • method of detection (e.g. automated prediction or experimental detection)
  • functional information
  • sub-cellular usage
  • external factors that contribute to its specific cellular usage (e.g. "induced in response to stimulus")
  • unique attributes (e.g. "repeat sequence occurring XXX times in the genome")
