The EPIC-CoGe Browser, built on JBrowse, is CoGe's visualization system for various types of genomic data. This was developed as a collaboration among the labs of Brian Gregory and Eric Lyons, the Plant Epigenomics Community, and funded by the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation.
