You can load your own genome sequence, annotation, and quantitative data for use with CoGe's tools.

  1. Log into CoGe
  2. Go to your User Profile Page
  3. Click "Create" -> "Load Genome"

Follow this link for information on how to use LoadGenome. Once your genome is loaded into the system, you can add annotation and quantitative data to it using the LoadAnnotation and LoadExperiment features.

Data Input

We prefer to use iPlant's Data Store to transfer your data to CoGe because it is easy to use (like dropbox), has a lot of free storage for scientists, and is very fast. Users can conveniently share data by generating a Data Store web link.

  1. Upload Fasta and GFF (if available) files to iPlant Data Store

    2. Use Davis to generate a quick-share link to let others download the data
