CoGe database id

At the core of CoGe is the CoGe database. Its schema is for a relational database, and its implementation has every item associated with a unique table and a unique database id. These database ids permit the web-tools of CoGe to easily link to one another, and also allows people to create links to CoGe for a particular organism, genomic feature, and to set up pre-configured analysis. These database ids are often listed when information about an organism, dataset group, genome, dataset, or genomic feature is displayed.
