Genomic feature type

Genomic features come in a variety, but limited number, of types. For example, some common feature types are gene, CDS, mRNA, tRNA, and rRNA. This feature type information is stored separately from the feature in order to have an easy way to find and organize features. For example in FeatList, this allows users to easily select all genomic features that are of type CDS from a list of features that have heterogeneous types of genes, mRNAs, and CDSs.
