GEvo analysis of syntenic MYB genes in sorghum and rice. These genes contain many conserved non-coding sequences (CNS). The purple blocks in the gene model tracks were computationally predicted using an automated pipeline. These predictions can be empirically proofed in GEvo and are highlighted by pink blocks with lines connecting regions of sequence similarity.
